Coaching session recording

In this coaching session, my client explores whether to stay in Berlin or begin another chapter. Although your situation may be different, you may recognize the uncertainty of not having a straightforward answer to your question, that leads to overthinking.

Session length: 58 minutes

Privacy note

This is a coaching session shared with my client’s written consent for demonstration and marketing purposes. He knew in advance that the conversation would be recorded and was encouraged to share only what he felt comfortable discussing publicly. Please watch with care and respect for the person and situation behind the recording. Please do not distribute the page or recording without permission.

What’s next?

You may not be deciding whether to stay in a city. You might be navigating a transition, questioning a direction you once chose, or repeatedly returning to a decision you cannot resolve alone.

If you would like a space to explore what is happening without being rushed toward an answer, we can start with an intro call.

A calm, no-pressure conversation to discuss what you are facing, what you would like to change, and whether working together feels right for both of us. No strings attached.

Before you move on, consider this

  • What question or situation do you keep returning to?

  • What have you already tried in order to resolve it?

  • What makes it difficult to trust your own answer?

  • What might become possible if you no longer had to carry it alone?

You do not need to have clear answers before booking a call. Not knowing where to begin can be the beginning of our conversation.

What you can expect from working with me

My role is to offer a calm, focused space where we can slow down what is happening, notice the patterns shaping your choices, and explore what you may not be able to see while you are inside the situation.

Our work may be useful if you are:

  • navigating a personal or professional transition,

  • caught in cycles of overthinking or second-guessing,

  • feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or disconnected from what you want,

  • repeatedly getting in your own way,

  • or looking for thoughtful accountability as you move forward.

The goal is to help you understand what is happening well enough to make choices you can stand behind.

About the intro call

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. You can arrive with a specific decision, a recurring pattern, or simply the sense that something needs to change. We can begin by putting words around what is happening.

Will you try to sell me coaching during the call?

The purpose of the call is to understand what brings you to coaching and whether I am the right person to support you. If the fit is not right, there is no obligation to continue.

What happens if we decide to work together?

We will discuss what you want from coaching, how we might approach it, and the practical details of working together. You will have the space to consider the decision before committing.

Is the intro call itself a coaching session?

It is primarily a conversation about your situation, what you need, and whether working together makes sense. It may bring some initial clarity, but it is not intended to replace a full coaching session.

The Next Step

If something in the session connected with where you are, you are welcome to book an intro call.

There is no need to decide about coaching before the call. We will use the conversation to understand what you need and whether working together is the right next step.
