A competing introvert

You can imagine how that looks like in practice. I can easily recognize every chance to compete, but do my best not to be the center of attention. It’s a balancing act. Also usually not the most fun at parties.

Simultaneously, I have always loved to work with people and figure out solutions together. Be present as best as I could. Not to just hang out, but rather face trouble head-on when needed.

At my core, I deeply believe in people, sometimes naively so. Trusting that their intentions are right, even if their circumstances might steer them astray. In the end, it does not really matter, as most things could be fixed with the right purpose.

Genuine connections

It is like bread and butter to me. I struggle to participate in small talk, but I thrive in meaningful conversations where I feel that everyone is treated equally. That matters deeply to me.

Trust is another value I firmly stand behind. It is one of the greatest gifts people can offer each other. As the foundation of relationships, trust enables resilience to withstand even the fiercest storms.

Lastly silence. Occasionally the most valuable companion is someone who can simply be present, together. Accepting the moment as it is, and offering empathy.

Living porpusfully and having fun

By fostering the change I am living myself. Helping others to succeed brings balance to my being as well. It was and will be my guiding star as serving others is something I enjoy immensely.
