The space where my ideas can breathe
The idea behind starting a blog was a bit selfish, to be honest
I am fascinated by good storytellers
But not a particularly interesting speaker myself. Writing suits me better. So my main motivation is to practice storytelling. To have a home for my stories and ideas where I can return to and track how I progress. If I provide anything meaningful to you along the way, all the better.
From Thinking, Through Commuting to Fearlessly Sending
I’m far from a morning person and tend to overthink decisions. My 75 minute commute became a chance to listen, reflect, and practice ‘hitting send’ without fear, embracing progress over perfection.
Genuine Moments: What Happens When Eyes Connect
Empowering someone with trust online can be daunting. There are no real means of connection, and nothing you see online feels truly real. My go-to tactic? Embracing the awkwardness of maintaining eye contact with a static image, looking for subtle signs of openness that might help me imagine walking together.
Brave
I'm starting a journey of becoming visible. As a former semi-professional basketball player, I've learned that bravery means stepping out of comfortable zones and challenging myself. Lone wolferism has its limits. By creating, by writing, I hope to provoke critical thinking and grow beyond my previous boundaries.
I invite you to remain brave enough to take the first steps, even when it feels uncomfortable.
