Coaching Services
Who I work with
I work with business owners and leaders who are building a company and raising a young child at the same time. Three full identities running at once, with almost no space between them. My approach is person-centered: no framework, no prescribed steps. I listen and reflect back what I hear, and the work happens at the level of who you are underneath the roles, not just what you're doing in them.
This is a fit if:
You're building a company while also becoming a parent, and the two are pulling at each other in ways nobody warned you about.
You're stable — not in crisis — but something underneath the day-to-day needs real attention.
This probably isn’t a fit if:
You're looking for clinical support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or another mental health condition. That's therapy's territory, not coaching's — and I'll say so directly if it comes up in a session.
Is this the right fit?
Types of coaching
Life coaching
When what's off doesn't have a clean label. You're not in crisis. You want space to think out loud with someone who won't rush you toward an answer.
Business coaching
It's hard to separate the problem from the pressure of running it day to day. You want someone to help you get clear on the next move before you commit resources to it.
Career coaching
You already sense something needs to change; you're just not sure yet if that means a new job, a new industry, or a different relationship with the one you have.
Wellbeing coaching
You can feel something's off, but you're not sure yet whether it's rest, routine, or something deeper driving it. Find what's sustainable before you commit to another plan you won't keep.
Leadership coaching
The gap between the leader you mean to be and how you're landing with your team.
Parenting coaching
You want space to work out how parenting is reshaping the rest of you: your marriage, your work, your sense of yourself. Find your own footing.
Coaching style
I work in a humanistic, non-directive way. I won’t position myself as the expert in your life.
You’re the expert. My job is to ask the kind of questions that help you see yourself
more clearly, notice patterns, and reconnect with your own inner direction.
The work is collaborative and tailored. We’ll notice your thoughts, habits, emotions, values, and the context you’re living in. Change won’t stay theoretical. If you take responsibility.
I also respect pace. If trust takes time, we’ll make room for that. If life feels full, we won’t push harder. The point is to create clarity and steadiness that you can move forward in a way that
feels self-identical.
My aim is to help you build awareness through self-compassion, and a stronger connection to what is true to you. That’s the foundation I work from.
Client journey - 9 steps for clarity
Step 1
Learning about your topic during the intro
We’ll introduce ourselves and start to understand your story, your patterns, and what brought you here. You’ll share your topic, what your current challenge is, and why it’s important to you. We’ll also talk about logistics.
Step 2
Signing the coaching agreement
A written agreement protects you and keeps with aligned on your goals.
The agreement will ensure that both of us know exactly what our
roles and responsibilities are.
Step 3
Defining your personal development goal
This will come naturally from the topic discussed during the intro. During the first sessions we’ll explore why it’s troublesome to you. We’ll also start working on your desired outcome.
Step 4
Exploring your topic
By the natural flow of working together you’ll learn to trust me more, from session to session. This will enable you to share unexpected ideas which will eventually reveal underlying pattern(s).
Step 5
Building self-acceptance
As you’ll rediscover your challenges and your topic, you’ll start to accept what’s in your power and what’s not. This will enable you to practice empathy towards the most important person, yourself.
Step 6
Measuring progression
Throughout the sessions we’ll check-in on your progression toward your
original goal. It’s quite usual to find a deeper topic as we work together.
We’ll course correct when needed and always do what’s best for you.
Step 7
Realizing new opportunities
Coaching will help you understand your motives and your already existing resources that you can use to overcome obstacles. Even outside coaching sessions. Realization will build on your self-compassion.
Step 8
Defining an action plan
The insights you gain here become the foundation for lasting change when you take responsible action in your everyday life. Building on
your realizations.
Step 9
Closure
Every journey comes to an end. We’ll celebrate how far you’ve come and make sure to help you practice your learnings after our program
concludes. I’ll be here when you need support again.
Timely boundaries
Each session will last 60 or 90 minutes, based on what we decide during the intro session. Programs usually span 4-6 months, depending on our agreement. I primarily work online
so please find a calm place where you can focus. Everything stays confidential.
