What Is Online Career Coaching?

Online career coaching is for when the friction is specifically about the work — the role, the field, or whether either one still fits anymore. You already sense something needs to change; what's unclear is whether that means a new job, a new industry, or a different relationship with the one you have. Rather than handing you a decision, coaching gives you space to stress-test the options out loud with someone reflecting back what you're actually weighing, so the real question underneath "should I leave" gets clear enough to act on.
